Taajeer Group – Motor Souq does not provide any type of maintenance services, as it is solely a car sales company. Maintenance is handled through authorized dealers or authorized service centers. We recommend going to Motor Loop for necessary maintenance according to the maintenance schedule approved by the authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia.
How can I book a maintenance appointment?

  • Maintenance appointments can be booked by contacting the authorized dealer or authorized service centers.
Do you offer warranties on the cars?
All cars sold by Motor Souq are guaranteed and subject to the warranty of the authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia. Motor Souq may provide an extended warranty on some cars through a third party at the customer's request.

How can I buy a car through the website?
At the moment, you can choose the car you wish to buy through the Motor Souq company's website and contact us at 920014254 or fill out the related forms. One of our sales representatives will confirm the reservation with you, answer all your inquiries, and explain the sales process for cash purchases and the required documents for financing sales.
What are the delivery procedures?
For cash sales, after the issuance of the license plates, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time, which may take up to 24 hours. You can request home or work delivery through one of the authorized transport companies – additional fees may apply.

Can I test drive the car before purchasing?
Unfortunately, test driving is not available with Motor Souq at this time.
